INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Ahi Tuna, Sashimi Grade
Dressing:
½ c. Soy sauce
½ c. Lime juice
3 ea. Garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. Ginger, minced
1 ea. Green onion
½ c. Sesame oil
1½ c. Canola Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional:
5 strips of peeled cucumber
5 strips of peeled carrot
5 ea. Picked Cilantro leaves

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a blender on high speed, mix the soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and green onion.  

After 30 seconds, lower the speed half way and slowly add the sesame and canola oil.

Blend until all the oil is incorporated.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary.  

Dice the Tuna in ¼”x ¼” x ¼” and toss in the dressing and serve as desired.

Optional:

Toss the cucumber, carrot, and cilantro leaves with the dressing.

Garnish the tuna with the salad, curling the vegetables.
